Weekend nights are defined as Fri, Sat & Sun nights.
Week nights are defined as Mon,Tue, Wed & Thurs nights.

Longbow: Weekend $390-395 per night, Week nights, $290-300 per night
Sovereign: Weekend $350-360 per night, weekday $290 per night
Bushmaster: Weekend $230-250 per night, weekday $205-225 per night
Bois d’Arc: Weekend $225-230 per night, weekday $180-215 per night
Jan-May and Sept-Dec
Longbow: Weekend $335-390 per night, weekday $275-290per night
Sovereign: Weekend $330-375 per night, weekday $250-290 per night
Bushmaster: Weekend $225-250 per night, weekday $195-210 per night
Bois d’Arc: Weekend $225-235 per night , weekday $175-210 per night

– 10% to 12% discount for 3+ nights
– Add $25 per night for each additional adult (plus tax*)
– Add $10 per night for each additional child 11-18 years of age (plus tax*)
– Deduct $5 from base rate if you provide bath towels for two night stays
– Add one-time $12 fee to the total of the stay if Longbow Resort provides towels for 3+ nights
– Two-night minimum* (*Exceptions: last-minute opening or only one night available)
– Dogs welcome by request only; upon approval, a $25 pet deposit is required and guests with pets must provide their own towels

NOTE: We do not provide tours of the Longbow Resort cabins or property to anyone without reservations or a pre-arranged appointment.

- Reservations are held with receipt of registration and one half the total “Base“ cost of the stay (before tax) as a non-refundable deposit. Deposit applies toward the stay. The remaining balance (which may include tax, pet fee, & additional guest fees) are due upon arrival.
- We accept personal checks, money orders, and credit cards, and can invoice credit card payment thru PayPal if desired. (Note: You do not need to be a member of PayPal in order to make a credit card payment.)

Registration
- We require your name, address, phone number(s), name of cabin you wish to book, date of arrival, date of departure, email address, number of people in your party, age of children (if any), type of vehicle (car? suv? truck?), and estimated time of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- Deposit amount will be credited to a future stay in event of cancellation ONLY if the cabin is re-rented. Deposit is forfeited if cabin is not re-rented. Exception: In the event of severe or inclement weather-related cancellations, deposit will be credited to a future stay.
